As for the search box element, would it be possible for Bubble team to add an option to limit the number of characters when the checkbox “allow entries not in list” is checked?
Indeed, the input element includes this option, so that the user could not add characters when it exceeds the limit.
I tried to use conditional formatting to approach this feature with the search box element but the effect is far from the one of the input element.
