Reset Password - Search For is not matching when emails are the same

Hello - Below is the standard workflow actions that come with Bubble for resetting passwords on the login page.

The email provided as the Input is exactly the same as the email in the thing (copied/pasted). Looking at the Debug, the Only When condition as true is failing. This is for a user account that I manually created and the user never logged-in. Why is this happening? A bug?

  1. Check your privacy settings and make sure it’s even allowed to grab a Users email.
  2. I’d recommend trying “Search for Users:count>0”

Thank you for the tips! It was a privacy setting (no permission) that was preventing the search to succeed. Now it’s working.
