Throughout the day, I have repeatedly encountered an issue where users are unable to reset their passwords. This problem arises because the “Search for users” feature fails to find the user’s email in the database.
I have verified that my workflow is correct, so the issue doesn’t stem from there. I’ve tried different browsers and incognito windows, ensuring that the email address has been correctly entered each time.
Additionally, this problem occurs inconsistently—sometimes the user can be found, and other times not.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
