I am new to bubble and the responsive view is just not working for me. Even when I created a new app, I could neither drag the ruler to resize nor select any of the resize options. Are there any settings I need to fix/change or is this a bug?
Make sure you page layout is not set to fixed.

remove fixed widths check all the elements and fix the layouts
