Reusable Group element not responsive

I have created a Reusable Group Element. It is not responsive. What should i do to make it responsive.

Edit the reusable element and double click on the background of the element and pick ‘use responsive engine’.

The option is ‘Enable new page rendering engine’.

Guys I have a problem with response function for custom element. What i’m i missing, i cant see the ‘Enable new page rendering engine’ in my app.
