Reusable header randomly increasing in height

I made some responsive adjustments to my reusable header and it is no long rendering properly on my page.

I’ve the header setup as a floating group 1200 X 75. That’s element has been place on my page using at the same dimensions.

All looks fine in the Responsive design in both the reusable element editor and page editor. However, when I preview the page, the header’s height doubles in size.

So it matches the dimensions you set in your reusable element.

I did this and manually matched the dimensions but I am getting the same result.
