Saved Data Where does it go?

New to Bubble.

My goal is to have subcontractors upload files under their username.

  1. How do I make myself the administrator where their uploaded files can be retrieved by me?

  2. How to create a save button to save a form? 2b. Second part would be how do I make it so when they save the form it can be exported as a pdf and sent to an email app.

for 2(b) try the “ToPDF” plugin

Thanks for your input where can I find the plug in topdf? I searched for it in the plug in section on bubble it didnt show up

Go to worflow section and click install plugin as shown below:

NOW search with ‘pdf’ as shown below.

Now, after installation is done … go to workflow section of your element and select the appropriate option to use pdf as shown below:

Hey,

Would you help to understand what I shall put into “page” in the “ToPDF” step?

Now I put “This URL” (just to test) and I get an error “Sorry, we ran into a temporary bug and can’t complete your request. We’ll fix it as soon as we can; please try again in a bit!”…

looks like there is an issue with the PDF plug-in …

I get the same message as you did with toPDF option … and another option to generate pdf … generates an empty PDF … sorry … couldn’t be of much help …

I’ll check for other options and will keep you posted if I succeed .
