Send and modify calendar invites

Hey all - I am building an app which sends calendar events based on information in the app. However, that information is subject to change (for example, an event could get cancelled, the time could change, the location could change, etc). I see there’s a built-in way to send calendar events through bubble. However, how would I go about updating the same invitation later?

And a related question - when using the built-in ‘send meeting calendar invite’, who actually owns that invitation? Is that some anonymous server at Bubble?

you should be able to do thsi with zapier or integromat

  • create a general address from which to send the invites from (eg. yourapp@gmail.com)
  • use zapier or integromat to create new calendar events, invite people via email, and update events

Bubble currently does not allow integration with Zapier, I believe this is due to recent updates to Bubble.
