Send email feature stopped working

Hi,

We use a form for people to send inn a job application. They can upload a document and send push send.

We have not touched the website for a long time, and now we learned that job applications are not sendt to our emails anymore.

It worked a few month ago. Has something happen with the Bubble subscription or others can relate to this?

Edit: we use SendGrid

SendGrid stopped offering a free plan or something like that, you may need to get your SendGrid subscription.
