Everything was working fine for the passed two months. I don’t know when it stopped working, but the website got a huge flow of users from yesterday because of a promotion. I noticed earlier today that the send email function isn’t working (without any warning or notice). What should I do? I don’t know how many users have encountered this issue and lost their progress for the survey, so I really need to fix this asap. Thank you very much for whoever can help me with this!

I’m using the build-in send email function so I’m not sure how I can check the subscription usage. I’ve also encountered a workload usage spiked, would this be the reason causing this?
No the workload usage spike is just a warning because you’ve used more workload units than usual (which if your new can pop-up quickly since it doesnt know your average).
I would check your settings dashboard to make sure you haven’t gone over your wu.
And you need to read up on our the built-in send email function works. Do some docs scrolling, but basically you have to have a subscription with sendgrid which starts around $19 a month. The send email functionality wont work unless you have connected your API keys. There are far cheaper workarounds if you look around - we use AWS SES.
