Send message to Slack, how?

Is it possible to send a message to a Slack Channel, without the user to be logged in?

I would like to have everything related to support etc come into my slack channel, but I always get an error message that the current user needs to be logged in to Slack.

Any work around for this?

You could probably use webhooks or/and middleware like Zapier or Integromat

Ye guess I’ll probably do that, as the plugin (I believe) does not offer this feature (yet).
