SENDGRID - Account closed straight after registering

I’ve attempted to register an account with sendgrid to allow my auto emails (password reset etc) to send from my bubble app. Within a minute of the verification email arriving in my inbox it was followed by an email saying my account had been closed.
I’ve been on to sendgrid support and the response I received was that their platform was not a good fit for me.
Has anyone encountered this issue and di you manage to resolve this?
Is there another option that can be linked to bubble?
