SendGrid blocks accounts without any reasons

Hi Bubble Community,

I’ve got problems with SendGrid. They block my accounts right after the registration without any reasons. Tech support told me that they cannot disclose the reason of why they don’t work with our companies and projects. And it is the only one integration that Bubble offers.

However, SendInBlue works well and approve all of my accounts.

Is anyone experiencing the same kind of problem? Can we all together ask Bubble to add more Email vendors as there are a lot of them on the market?

Had exactly the same problem twice with Twilio, have no idea what it is, did you get any support from bubble?

Sendgrid is owned by Twilio, and I have faced the same issue with both services before. There is nothing Bubble can do as both Sendgrid and Twilio have strict fraud prevention policies which suspends accounts straight upon registration if their systems detect anything untoward. Exactly what they look for i’m not sure, but this has been a pretty common thing in the last 2 years with both services.

I found that Loops is easier and works pretty well.
