SendGrid no longer working after changing from custom domain to custom subdomain

• The SendGrid key is plugged in and it says “Connected!” in the Domain/email tab
• SendGrid shows the site is verified via DNS records

The only change that was made recently was changing the URL from site.com to app.site.com (custom subdomain), but Bubble and Sendgrid are both saying the connection is still valid.

You need to add your subdomain to Sendgrid as well
