I moved an app to a custom domain, and now im trying to make SendGrid work but it doesn’t.
Whenever i enter an api key i get from SendGrid, a popup says “There was an issue validating your key. Please check.” and that’s where I’m stuck.
Sendgrid is configured for the same domain and it’s authenticated. Sender is also authenticated. I tried to make several different keys just in case, and it didn’t work as well.
Same problem, brand new domain, fully validated with Sendgrid…
I tried sending with the Sendgrid plug-in and it works just fine, while the validation on the Bubble->Settings->Domain/Email “Verify Sendgrid Key” returns the same error @vturiashvili mentioned.
Could this be an issue with DNS propagation? My domain is less than 24 hours old. But… sending email using the plug-in worked, so it seems more of a Bubble issue?

Well i couldn’t validate it for a couple of days. and just tried again when Jeff said it’s working now and it worked. I’m not really sure, if that can be the case, but i tried with the same 2 day old key that worked. Maybe there is anything from sendgrid side as well. The only thing i can suggest is to generate a key, and if it doesnt work try it again another day, the same key.
Hi ! I have the same issue … I tried since 2 days and I always have the same error message "“There was an issue validating your key. Please check.”
Sendgrid is configured for the same domain and it’s authenticated. Sender is also authenticated. I tried to make several different keys just in case, and it didn’t work as well.
