Hi i updated my SEO long back but it is still showing Page Title as title and other tabs not updated too. What might be the problem.

A Page Title is described on the page level
Also, if you scroll down in this popup you can define page level descriptions as well.
Try playing with those, and then after any changes you make be sure to deploy the app to Live for the updates to happen
