SEO Title & Metadescription not updated

Hi guys,

I know some people have already talked about this problem, but after reading all the answers, I still can’t solve the problem.

I updated the Title and the description for “SEO/FB” on the page level (double click on the index page in bubble to see the pop-up and change it from there), but even after pushing it live and waiting 2-3 days, I still see this :
