I hit a wall with how to set the constraints for retrieving some complex data to export to a custom excel report.
The data is coming from custom surveys’ responses…
-Surveys can be taken by anyone with the survey link- no account required. So I cannot pull data from specific users, only specific surveys.
-Surveys have some questions with customizable choices- multiple and limited choice (customizable by the account admin), so each survey could have different choices/answers.
Does anyone have experience or insight into custom data like this? I can only see it as “possible” data and can’t sort this out clearly.

I think you might be overcomplicating it a bit.
Since the surveys don’t require accounts, you shouldn’t even be thinking about users. Everything should revolve around the survey itself. So instead of trying to pull from people, just pull all responses where the survey equals that specific survey.
The customizable choices shouldn’t break anything either. Even if each survey has different answer options, every response should still be linked to the question and the choice that was selected. Once that relationship exists, the data isn’t “possible” it’s just relational.
It probably feels messy because you’re trying to picture it like a fixed Excel sheet, but in Bubble it’s dynamic. You pull all responses tied to that survey, then structure it properly during export.
If you can share how your data types are set up, it’ll be easier to see where it’s getting confusing.
