Setting Up Custom Domain - Why won't it proceed without a Google Maps KEY?

Setting up a custom domain. I haven’t done this in a while.

It seems to now be requiring me to have a Google Maps key to set my domain up.

I’m not interested in putting my card info into Google to get this key.

Anyone else run into this problem? I already have a nightmare of billing I can’t control from playing around with Google dev tools in the past. It bills me a penny every month for nothing.

Has anyone been able to get past this screenshot without a Maps Key in order to just set up the custom domain at bubble?

My app doesn’t use maps in any way whatsoever

you can enter anything you want there if you are not using google maps features. Consider that any geographic field and request that use address need to have your own keys.
