Slide in popup from the bottom of the screen

I would like to make my popups slide up from the bottom of the screen instead of just popping up at the middle-top area.

Something similar to this. ^

I would also like the user to be able to swipe it down with their finger instead of having to hit a close button if possible.

Maybe try using a floating group that floats relative to the bottom.
