Slider Input : Get the slider value in a text element to move with the slider

Hi everyone,

I am using a slider input with a text element in order to display the value of the slider input. My only issue is that this text box is static, and I would like to have this text box hover above the slider in order to dynamically follow the slider depending on the value selected.
