SSL not working

Hi, I am having the same problem with enabling SSL encryption, as reported in two recent posts:

  1. SSL on legacy personal plan
  2. URGENT - SSL not working

There is no checkbox option to enable SSL encryption in my Domain settings:

Please help fix this!
