[statement from a concerned user]

My name is Sérgio, I’m from Brazil and I met Bubble through @renatoasse. I’ve been part of the Bubble community for over 2 years and recently, like many here, I’m very worried about the future not only of Bubble, but mainly of my applications that I developed on the platform.

Naturally, I know that MANY things are out of control, but, at a time as sensitive as this, I feel very “exposed” and what’s worse, I can’t even give a realistic position to my users, because the information provided here is LOOSE and we don’t know when, in fact, they are resolved.

@josh and @emmanuel and everyone else involved in the Bubble team, I LOVE what you have already developed and I look forward to having a LONG RIDE with you, however, I ask that a form of more HUMANIZED contact be developed and also more RESPONSIVE.

A suggestion, eventually, just as you do lives DEMONSTRATING the platform’s functions, that there is a live for an official positioning of Bubble.

This is a statement from a user who in recent weeks has lost dozens of customers (due to server crashes) and who continues to lose the trust of users who trust my application.

I would greatly appreciate your feedback.

Stability #1

Just tell your users there is server problems that are out of your control and things should be back to normal within a couple of hours.
