Hi- I am setting up my payment system with Stripe, and it seems that if I click the “back” button from Stripe checkout, it would redirect me to my cancel URL but not trigger the WF for “when a page load.” This fully works for success URL.
Not sure what’s going on?
share screen shots of your setup…maybe you did not setup a trigger for cancel
Solved! The plug-in was encountering an error and stopping the WF midway.
