logged in today, and my property editor is showing the old UI interface (i.e. the black floating property editor) instead of the new user interface - i’ve been building my app for last three months on the new user interface and need it to be put back. been on to chat support for like an hour but they don’t seem to be the people to fix it. They take about 20 minutes to respond to every little question and say they going to ge t a specialized team to look at it. I need this fixed quickly - wasting my time. Ive seen other people report this in other posts. Someone at bubble help fix this quickly!
Try adding &ppe=true to your editor URL
Thanks - but didn’t work. I also don’t want to have to do this every time. Something on bubble side has flipped me over to old editor - they need to flip it back to the new editor
Same. Just opened and am faced with the old editor again. No option to switch it back to new one either.
It’s fine though, will stick to old one for a while as was getting quite a few bugs with the new one anyway. This old one makes things feel more snappy again too. Just feel sorry for my poor muscle memory ![]()
What’s your bubble email?
Do you want access back? If so, what’s your bubble email?
Did you download any ad blockers recently? Sometimes that affects the new PE when we make special cases to add existing users
craigc2668@gmail.com is my bubble email - ive been on to the chat support but they have not been very helpful so far.
Working now?
No nothing like that. When i last used it it was white and when i woke up today it’s the old again.
Do you want access back?
Hmm. I hate to say it but this old one feels snappier and refreshing - so much easier on the eye and nice to be able to move it around. I think i’ll stick with this for now
. It makes me realise that, while your new one has some great new features and is better organised, the colour scheme and clarity of the text on this one is a lot nicer to work with 24/7. You should please consider really deeply, dark-mode, or a colour toggle on the new property editor at least. Also figure out why the new one is sluggish. This old one is so much faster adding conditions etc. (and i’m on a powerful computer). ![]()
Yes working now - although I now see a ‘beta’ toggle in the editor that wasn’t there before. Is this something new?
