Why does this irritating “no-code…” message come up all on its own in a FB post? I know when I post my website it can be easily deleted, but not when others post. Like, what the heck is that doing in the middle of a post??

Happy to help! You can also customize specific pages by clicking on the page itself from the elements tree and then adjusting the SEO and Metadata there. If you want specific verbiage on a page or a title at the top.
This will default to what you have set in the settings if its empty
