I have a simple question to you. Is it possible to send message using Telegram on click on button? Or open Telegram chat if first isn’t possible

There are 3 plugins of telegram. Hopefully either one allows you to send messages. Otherwise you can send messages through Telegram API as long as Telegram offers such service via API.
