Text element right alignment issue

Hello, I just wanted to ask why is the following happening in the pic below:

Is it how it is supposed to be? It should be properly right aligned (no spaces) in the text element. Like when it is left aligned (see ref pic below)

My guess is that you have a non-breaking space right after the words Reason and Business.

I am new to this stuff. Do you how can replace it with a regular “space”
