Text in group not apply group workflow

Hello ,
I working on create app with menu to display by table record.
I apply workflow to group. But text in group does not apply workflow .
Please see my screenshot

If I click in group ( but area outside of text element)

If I click to text- Menu Item element, no workflow active.

After I delete text element then create new one, now it work well. Dont know why, we got the same thing several times already.

The group needs to be set in the front. Right click the Group and select “Bring to Front”
