I try to use the Croppie plugin in my app on dedicated cluster but the Croppie element shows “Missing element” in the preview mode.
When I’m using the Croppie plugin in my app on free tariff the plugin works good.
Thats odd!
Is there anything in the browser console?
Can you use other community plugins?
Maybe the plugin relies on a particular code version that hasn’t been updated on your servers?
I’ll help where I can, but it looks like an issue with the plugin system, raise a bug with Bubble would be a good start.
I deployed my app with bubble core 2 days ago. Current version of the Croppie plugin is 0.7.0 I’m successfully using 9 plugins in my app.
Is the issue in live or preview?
Can you try older croppie versions?
If it doesn’t mess your design too much can you remove and re add the plugin?
