"The media could not be loaded"

Hey,
I’ve installed a few different video player plugins to my app. When a user uploads the video, the video player plays it with no problems on the computer. When the app is accessed through a smartphone, videos that are larger in size won’t play, and the following message shows up: “the media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported”.

Anyone knows why this might be happening?

Could this be an issue with the plugin or the smartphone?

I’d try Bubble’s native video player and just see if you can get a video playing on your phone there first. If you can, there’s probably an issue with the plugins.

did you solve this problem? I’m having the same issue more or less. Videos can play in preview/testing but not on the live version of my app.
