Trouble writing checkbox data

I am trying to write the status of a checkbox to the data type, which is set-up as a Y/N. I just figured I’d specify:

Field in Data Type = Input Field in Form

But when I specify it, it keeps asking me for more … e.g. Is Check, Isn’t Checked, Is Valid, Isn’t Valid

Here’s what I mean:

If you want that your Y/N value is YES when your checkbox is checked, you must select ‘is checked’.
If you want that your Y/N value is NO when your checkbox is checked, you must select ‘isn’t checked’.
