Trying to use a template

Hi,

I found a template that I’d like to use and I clicked on the “Use Template” button.

I can’t find this template on my Bubble’s home screen, my Apps, Plugins and Templates tabs are all empty (new account).

But when I visit the template’s page again I see “Owned Template” instead of the “Use Template” button. So it seems like I added it to my account somehow - I just can’t figure out how to work with this template now.

Can someone help me figure this out?

Hey there @fish,

You can access all the templates you own when you go and create an app. However, I don’t believe there’s a way to remove a template you own.

The concept of a Template in Bubble can be confusing at first. When you ‘Own’ a template you actually now have access to create a Bubble app with the template. It is not a singular app that you buy/add to your account.

So to use a Template, you create a new Bubble app and select it from the Template dropdown:
