Hey guys,
I’m running into a frustrating roadblock with TestFlight and a mobile app I built on Bubble.
My test users have accepted their invitations , but whenever they try to access the app(haflarental) in TestFlight, they are hit with an error saying the app is not available or doesn’t exist.
Everything looks fine on the backend: the Bubble build was successful, and App Store Connect shows the status as Testing.
Am I missing a step in the App Store Connect setup that is unique to Bubble exports? If anyone has encountered this and managed to fix it, I’d love to know what the workaround is.
Thanks!
In App Store Connect, go to your app’s TestFlight tab, click on the build number, and look for Export Compliance Information. If it’s missing, the app won’t actually be available to external testers, even if the status says “Testing.” Fill that out.
Or If compliance is fine, App Store Connect is likely stuck. Go to your TestFlight tester group, remove the users, wait 60 seconds, and add them back. This forces Apple to generate a brand new invitation link, which usually bypasses the “not available” error.
Make sure the build version your users are trying to access exactly matches the one currently approved for testing. If you uploaded a newer build but didn’t assign it to the group, the old link breaks.
