ALL THE USERS CAN DO:

  • Users can list products (Only products approved by admin are listed)
  • Users can buy products via Stripe payment
  • Users can ask a question to the seller
  • Users can comment on a product they acquired and rate it
  • Users can report either a comment or a question
  • Users can edit their profile
  • Users can update their credentials

SELLERS CAN DO:

  • Sellers can see the analytics of their products
  • Sellers can see the status of their products
  • Sellers can edit, delete or send to approval their products
  • Sellers can reply to the questions about their products

ADMIN CAN DO:

  • Admin can see the analytics of all products
  • Admin can list the users and block them (Blocked users can neither comment nor ask questions)
  • Admin can list the products, see their status and delete them
  • Admin can see the approval request and approve or deny products
  • Admin can list reports and delete reported comments
  • Admin can see app settings and manage the commission rate for product sales.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PRODUCT IS SOLD?:

1- The user who buys the product is charged with the price of the product
2- “App Fee” is taken as a percentage of commission determined by the user with the “Admin” role and transferred to the Stripe account connected to this application
3- After taking “App Fee” from the charged amount, the remaining amount is transferred to the seller’s Stripe account.

Will the improvements that you make to the standard template be available to those who purchase this latest template or will they have to buy a new template to obtain these improvements and new features?

Hello,

After purchasing the template, you do not need to purchase it again to obtain the improvements and new features. However, in order to obtain later improvements and new features, you must create a new application by selecting the relevant template.
