We just deployed our app and found some major flow on the Live version, we need to revert to the previous version ASAP.
How can we do this? I cannot find how to do that.

I want to deploy the previous version but it was done 2 weeks ago and outside our plan.
But we just went live 2 hours ago!! We cannot just revert the one right before?
Nope. A short-term solution is upgrading to a plan that supports revision history 2+ weeks ago, revert and then downgrading again. Otherwise, no other option to revert.
We just went live after preventing logins until we can fix this… I had no clue.
Did you test before deploying live?
Can you not select the live version, then restore to a custom date and time a couple of days ago before you deployed?
Yes, but the live version integrates with other systems outside of our app and that part didn’t work on production.
No you can only restore to a previous deployment date if that previous date is allowed within your plan.
I don’t understand why we cannot at least have the revert to previous version as a reversal mechanism. This really freaked us out. We luckily fixed our issue now and restored our app to its desired state.
You do, within the limits of your plan. Test in test, not live
We typically do that, but some functions work well on stage with stage data and stage 3rd party integrations. Then you go live and find out some configurations are missing somewhere for production or data not compatible on production and so on… this is what happened today sadly.
You can just do a hot fix to prevent logins again until you fix the issues…
