Using scheduled API workflow for non-Current user

When I am creating a new user with a new phone number, how to use that phone number in the scheduled API workflow to send a message? When I want to use the last saved number, that number is already someones another number because the schedule is e.g. after 3 days. User I am creating is not the Current user. How to send the new created User`s phone number to the API endpoint?
