I saw someone on YouTube using OBS to record himself speaking while showing us what he is doing on his desktop. OBS is free. Maybe you could give it a shot. One of my apps called Joyoshare Screen Recorder is able to record screen in high quality as well. But I doubt that it could support a webcam.
