I have purchased this plugin for my app. I want to add steps for elements like ‘Contact Us’, ‘FAQ’, ‘Issue with Orders’, ‘Refer Now’ inside a group which will toggle only when clicking the Text element- ‘Contact Us’.
I’m not able to add these elements in the onboarding process. Please help.

As you mentioned users can only open that menu when clicking on the navigation item, it will be difficult to include these items in the onboarding. As you might understand these hidden elements need to be visible prior to the onboarding starting as otherwise these can’t be taken into account.
What you can do is just show that group when the onboarding starts so it can be picked up.
