What kind of code does bubble outputs?

I want to start building an idea I got with bubble but thing is I’m also planning to start learning how to code soon so I wanted to know what kind of code does bubble creates when I’m putting my app together. Mostly so if I want to add some feature that bubble doesn’t supports yet I can code it myself in the future.

I checked the FAQ but it doesn’t specifies that.

Bubble does not output code as such, at least not code that you can grab and change.

However it is possible to write javascript plugins that extend the functionality.

So no way to expand my app beyond the limitations of bubble? I would have to rebuild it from scratch?
