Can I code the backend of my bubble apps?

I’m currently spending countless hours per day & night learning full stack web development with goals to become a master app developer this year. I know I can write SQL code & link it to bubble, but I need to know if it’s possible to write JavaScript Node JS backend code inside bubble or to write it in visual studio code & link the file to bubble.

Creating your own plugin you can write those functions. You can also link your GitHub account and sync the code base with your custom plugin.
