I use the same method. I also use the note feature to mark the intentionally failing conditions. With a native app, it helps to keep one set of notes on the main “stage” group.
I reserve one color for workflows with which I’m currently tinkering. Easy to see, and it feels soooooo good to move WFs to a non-tinkering color.
