When adding an action for my button, my plugins don't show

I’ve got my OpenAi API setup even tested it by initalizing the call on the API Connector, but when I want to add an action to my button to call the chatgpt API, it does not show in the selector.

Is it set as Action? By default its set to data and cant be used in a workflow
