Cannot find API connector plugin actions in workflow

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to add a plugin action (to call the Open AI API via API connector) but it doesn’t seem to appear in my workflow. I have tried checking the capture response headers box, but still no luck. Anyone would know other solutions that would help? Thanks all.
