Where to get "make this element fixed-width"

Hi, I’m following a bit out-dated tutorial struggling to find a tab.

Where can I find this element is visible on page load

make this element fixed-width

minimum width and so on…

I only get this

You are getting that because the parent container’s type is fixed. Change the parent container’s type to something other than fixed, and you will see more settings/options.
