This group is supposed to be visible upon page load. Most of the time, it is. However, under certain circumstances, it becomes invisible, because of the conditional that was set (see image). The question is, what could cause “pages loaded above the fold” to return no/false, and why would it happen inconsistently under the same conditions (accessing the page using the same link from the same source)?
Furthermore, the group becomes visible when you refresh the page, though I’m not sure why that fixes the issue.
