This is the risk when you put someone else in charge of hosting your app. Personally, I’m glad someone else is responsible for working out what the issue is and making sure it doesn’t occur again. Fingers crossed that’s happening and they’ll make it more resilient as the number of outages isn’t ideal (to put it kindly!)

Just try to imagine this, youre running all over the place during an event with over 1000 attendees trying to use the app. This can be quite horrifying if you dont have a back up plan.
“doesn’t occur again” seems to be a very loose term lately with Bubble’s uptime performance.
Me right now.
And I suppose nobody respond. And I have to put the face with my customer and say, sorry is technical issue. It could cost lost a cliente. unacceptable. I hope somebory read all this complaints and act
whats the plan? just curious
wow just saw that this is actually the 5th incident in 90 days. how are you all with shipped apps managing this? To their credit - major outages are solved in under 2 hours it seems however I imagine that’s a ton of time
I’m so sorry to hear that dude. Let’s just hope bubble can fix this asap. Wish you luck! Many lucks…
It’s affecting our operations here in our company. Any updates from the Bubble team?
The actual product is good, the problem comes when you start talking about stability.
Dedicated Clusters
Agreed!
For real. If bubble was better at communicating during these outages things would be less stressful
Interesting so you’d be isolated from an incident like this in that case. At least there’s a solve but imagine that is typically for teams really scaling up
It’s a long, anxious 20 minutes when you’re running a live event/platform
Dedicated is EXPENSIVE
What would also be great is if we could…say it with me… self-host
Yep, but when you have huge production apps people go on dedicated clusters and are unaffected
Of what I’ve heard… thats not bullet proof either… and for what they charge… it’s ridiculous.
