Workflow running order help

When a customer moves from an Annual to a Monthly plan (or the other around), I want to first cancel the existing scheduled workflow, then set a new one for the plan they just paid for.

I’ve setup the workflow steps as shown below, but I want Step 3 to always run before Step 4. Is there a way to make this happen?

Hi there, @Buddha… if you haven’t seen it already, you should definitely check out this post, but I believe the punchline is to put the steps in custom events.

Actually, these steps are already within a Custom Event.

Is this what the post means?

I would probably put each of the steps in its own custom event, if you really need to make sure they run in sequence.
