I’ve set up a Zap in Zapier, added it to Bubble, and gone through the test process to activate it (successfully), and it is still showing 0 Active Zaps and causing an error when it attempts to trigger. Does anyone have any secret sauce to force Bubble to connect to Zapier?

No, I just gave up unfortunately and started moving everything away from Zapier to direct API Connector calls.
