ZQ Fuzzy Search and autocomplete : how to close results when clicking elsewhere?

Hi,

It would be great to have a way to close the serach results when the user clicks anywhere else.
I tried to put the Repeating group of the Search results into a “Group Focus” but the plugin stops working.
Is there any other way to achieve that ?

Hi @fourmi4x ,

Group Focus is great for this, so just place the Fuzzy Search plugin element outside of the group focus. It doesn’t need to be inside the group for it to work, but it does have to be “visible.” So, plugin lives somewhere outside of group focus, repeating group inside of group focus, and you should get best of all worlds!

Thank you for your feedback. I found a workaround using a workflow that triggers every 1 second.

I tried the solution with Group Focus but couldn’t make it work : no results show up when I move the repeating group inside a Group Focus. I may have missed something here.

We’ve tested the plugin with a group focus and it doesn’t seem to affect the functionality of the plugin.
